"The X Factor" is gearing up for its latest season.

During auditions for the reality competition show, new judges Britney Spears and Demi Lovato spoke with "Entertainment Tonight" while on a three-day stopover in Oakland, Calif., about what viewers can expect when the show premieres in September.
