bradpitt2.jpgBrad Pitt was the latest celebrity to fall victim to a celebrity death hoax, E! News reports. Global Associated News ran a story yesterday claiming that the actor died in a snowboarding accident in Switzerland. The story, which was all over Twitter, was fabricated and Pitt is still very much alive. The website ran this disclaimer at the very bottom of the article:

about this web site. FAKE... THIS STORY IS 100% FAKE! this is an entertainment website, and this is a totally fake article based on zero truth and is a complete work of fiction for entertainment purposes! this story was dynamically generated using a generic 'template' and is not factual. Any reference to specific individuals has been 100% fabricated by web site visitors who have created fake stories by entering a name into a blank 'non-specific' template for the purpose of entertainment.

In other news ... High School heartthrob Zach Morris may be forever young and unmarried in our hearts, but the actor who played him on the once oh-so-popular "Saved By the Bell" TV show, Mark-Paul Gosselaar (whom you also may know from "Franklin & Bash"), wed fiancee Catriona McGinn Saturday at the Sunstone winery in Santa Ynez, Calif., according to People magazine. McGinn is an advertising executive.

maloof.jpgMeanwhile, Adrienne Maloof, who stars on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and husband Paul Nassif are reportedly separating, according to E! News.

"I'm so sorry that this is happening, but my children are my life, and sometimes we need to do what's best for them," Maloof told RadarOnline.

And check out ... Photos of celebrities out and about, including John Travolta in Singapore.
