holmes2.jpgThe Mercedes that Katie Holmes was reportedly traveling in with six-year-old daughter daughter Suri was sideswiped by a garbage truck Monday night in New York City, but police confirmed that no one was injured, according to People magazine. E! News reports that a chauffeur was driving the car when it was hit. Holmes and ex Tom Cruise settled their divorce early last week.
