It's a boy for Bill and Giuliana Rancic!

The couple's long-awaited child has arrived. Edward Duke Rancic was born Wednesday night via gestational carrier, weighing in at 7 lbs, 4 oz. E! Online has all the details.

The E! News host and her husband have been in Colorado this week on Baby Watch 2012.
After the baby was born, the couple, as always, took to Twitter to share the news with fans.

In other baby news ... The world is getting its first look at reality TV star Snooki's baby boy Lorenzo. Camera crews followed the "Jersey Shore" star out of the hospital as she cradled her brown-haired newborn.
