katie-holmes-suri.jpgWell, that will buy a whole lot of Baby Dior! Katie Holmes was blocked from receiving a cent from ex-husband Tom Cruise's $250 million fortune via a prenuptial agreement, however, their daughter Suri will receive a $4.8 million payout over the next 12 years, according to a report from TMZ.com cited by Reuters. That roughly breaks down to $33,333.33 a month -- in addition to Suri's education, medical, and extracurricular expenses -- until the six-year-old turns 18.

The TMZ report claims that Holmes will not receive a monetary payout in the divorce, which quickly reached a settlement within two weeks of the announcement of their separation, but RadarOnline noted the actress will still walk away with "all of the jewelry, handbags, accessories, and designer clothing" gifted to her by her husband during their marriage.

TMZ also reported that the exes agreed that Suri will not attend "residential school ... Scientology or otherwise" until college.

Thoughts on the reported agreement? Do you think Holmes should have walked away with a cash settlement as well? Or do you think she got off easy? Comment here.
