Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer welcome twins, baby Rancic revealed, more baby updates

"True Blood" stars Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer have welcomed twins. They are Paquin's first children and Moyer's third and fourth -- he has children Billy, 12, and Lilac, 10, from previous relationships. The babies were born a few weeks early, but are in good health, People.com reports. Paquin, 30, and Moyer, 42, were married in 2010. The show is in its fifth season on HBO.

Meanwhile, the first photo of Bill and Giuliana Rancic's new baby boy, Edward, is on the cover of Life & Style Magazine. Baby Edward was born in Denver Aug. 29 to the happy couple, who conceived through a gestational carrier.

In other baby news ... Two very pregnant stars were out and about in LA yesterday -- Reese Witherspoon and Vanessa Minnillo.

Witherspoon wore a red maternity dress and a black hat. She hasn't spoken much publicly about her new addition with husband Jim Toth, but did say while speaking to a group in Chicago in June that she was "frankly feeling very round," reports Pop Sugar. Minnillo was dressed more casual in jeans and a black top. The "Wipeout" host went out to breakfast with hubby Nick Lachey, who appeared on "Stars Earn Stripes" this summer. She said her baby is due in September, according to Pop Sugar. It will be the first baby for the couple.
