Justin Bieber had a stomach malfunction during the kick-off to his "Believe" tour in Glendale, Ariz. Saturday.

It all began when he doubled over and vomited in the middle of the song "Out of Town Girl."

The show went on. And Nicki Minaj was probably glad she performed with Bieber via taped performance on a video screen during their duet, "Beauty and the Beat." That's because the Beebs rushed off stage abruptly during the song, halting the show.

Bieber still managed to complete a 21-song set, saying to his fans, "Will you love me even though I'm throwing up on stage?" reports E! in the above video. That wasn't all he had to say about the mishap.

Bieber, 18, tweeted this to his fans after the show:

So what was the cause of the mid-show hurl?

We have only this tweet as an answer:

We hope Bieber is feeling better. And...do you think the show should go on if an artist is ill on stage?
