The police were called to Lindsay Lohan's childhood home on Long Island, N.Y., Wednesday morning because of a fight with her mother, Dina Lohan, reports The Associated Press.

Michael Lohan has spoken out about the fight to Entertainment Tonight.

Dina Lohan would not let her daughter get out of a limo, according to her ex-husband. Michael Lohan told Entertainment Tonight in the above video about a call Lindsay placed to him from the limo, asking him to tape the incident and also to call the police. Read more about the incident at People.com.

Michael Lohan said his daughter was screaming and crying and said, "Daddy, they won't let me out of the car" about her mother and the limo driver.

Lindsay and her mom made up by Wednesday afternoon and were hugging, according to People.com.

Lindsay had another run-in with the police last month when she was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of NYC accident. Lohan remains on probation for taking a necklace last year from a jewelry store.

What do you think about the latest Lindsey-related news? Thoughts on her father's interview with ET?
