Sam Worthington, who starred in the 2009 James Cameron blockbuster movie "Avatar," was arrested for disorderly conduct Saturday night.
Worthington, 36, was reportedly refused entrance into the Atlanta restaurant Vortex because he seemed "highly intoxicated," according to the doorman who wouldn't let him into the establishment. Worthington allegedly pushed the doorman and used foul language, according to the Atlanta Police Department report obtained by Celebuzz. The doorman then said he pepper sprayed the actor and handcuffed him until the police arrived.
Worthington is in Atlanta filming the movie "Ten" with Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The charges were dismissed yesterday when the witness did not show up in court.
