tom gisele.jpgBrazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen was photographed carrying her daughter Vivian today after stepping off of a plane in Hawaii. The proud mama, and wife of Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, shielded her daughter's face from the sun and smiled as photographers got the exclusive shot, available at E! Online.

Bunchen gave birth to daughter Vivian Lake on Dec. 5, and announced the newest Brady addition via Facebook with a photo of the teeny one. Unlike in the first photo posted of Vivian where all that could be seen clearly was her hand, the newest photo of the two-month-old baby clearly shows her face. Check out the newest photo.
