Will it soon be 20 kids and counting for the Duggars?

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, famous for having 19 children and the stars of "19 Kids & Counting" on TLC, are talking about adding to their family. The couple also has two grandchildren and one on the way.

Michelle Duggar told People.com, "Love for children has been placed on our hearts."

But this time, the couple may choose to adopt, they told People.com. The idea came to them when they visited Beijing for the special "19 Kids & Counting: Duggars Do Asia," airing Tuesday.

Does that mean the couple has ruled out having more biological children of their own? Nope, Michelle told People.com.

What do you think of the couple adding more children to the family?
