Katie Holmes says she is open to having more kids

Now that the dust has somewhat settled on her high-profile divorce from actor Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes revealed to Allure magazine that she is "open" to having more kids. Holmes currently holds primary custody of six-year-old Suri Cruise after filing for divorce last June from her husband of five years.

Holmes went on to say she hoped that 2013 would be "a peaceful year for a lot of people in the world," citing the Newtown school shooting and Hurricane Sandy as moments of tragedy, and even hinted that she may be considering a dramatic change in career paths: ""Well, my brother and father are attorneys, and ... we'll see."

The 34-year-old actress most recently lent her mug to Emerson grad-turned-cosmetic guru, Bobbi Brown, for the brand's spring 2013 campaign. Holmes's full interview for Allure's April issue will be on newsstands nationwide March 26.
