"Fashion Police" host Kelly Osbourne was released from the hospital Monday with a "clean bill of health," her rep confirmed with E! News. The 28-year-old daughter of Sharon and Ozzy was hospitalized following a seizure during a taping of her E! show last Thursday.

Rumors swirled that Osbourne's seizure was a sign of a more serious health problem but her rep denied the incident meant long term issues: "Doctors ran numerous tests and determined that this was most likely a onetime episode of which there are no conclusive results."

As for Kelly, she's taken to social media to thank the medical staff behind her recovery:

Osbourne is set to resume her "Fashion Police" duties this week.
