While promoting her Lifetime show "The Client List," Jennifer Love Hewitt jokingly told USA Today that she would (hypothetically) insure her breasts for a whopping $5 million.

The famously curvy actress said if she were told, "'Like hey, you know what we'd like to insure your boobs for $2.5 million' I'd be like 'Do it, love it -- why not?"

She then pointed at her assets and said they were worth $5 million, double her initially assessed sum.

In other celebrity beauty news, Kim Kardashian tried out a vampire facial on her E! show "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami." Sounds gross, right? That's because it kind of is.

Here's the deal: doctors draw a specified amount of blood, spin it in a centrifuge, and separate your platelets. Then, they inject the platelets into your face for a rejuvenating effect.

Expectant mother Kardashian joked on Twitter about the procedure with a tweet (and Instagram pic) of her wiping away the excess blood on her face next to her close friend and celebrity makeup artist, Jonathan Cheban: "Look what @jonathancheban did to me!!!"

Check out Kim's instagram photos in the video below.

Would you ever try a vampire facial? Do you have a body part that's insured? We want to know! Fill us in via the comments.
