Kim Kardashian, surrounded by Los Angeles County Sheriff Deputies, leaves the Stanley Mosk Courthouse after attending her divorce hearing from Kris Humphries in Los Angeles on April 12.

The romance is officially legally over: Kim Kardashian and her Brooklyn Nets ex Kris Humphries reportedly reached a divorce settlement this afternoon in Los Angeles. Kanye West's baby mama-to-be was due to go head-to-head in court with Humphries, who filed claims that the marriage should be annulled based on the accusation of fraud May 6. The parties were given the option (which they took) to settle (which they did) prior to the court date on April 19.

According to E!, Judge Hank Goldberg, who presided over the settlement, asked Kardashian "Is there anyway your marriage could be saved?" to which Kim responded, ""No your Honor."

E! also reports: "The mom-to-be also confirmed to the court she had entered into this agreement freely."

No word on Humphries's response.

The two married in August 2011 before Kardashian filed for divorce after 72 days.

The official end of marriage date is expected to be in mid-June.
