Rob Kardashian sued for alleged assault, could be charged with felony robbery
The Kardashian sisters' little bro, Rob, found himself in hot water when a paparazzo filed a civil court suit against the 26-year-old. The photographer claims Rob Kardashian assaulted her in an enclosed garage and stole her memory card outside a West Hollywood gym back in late March, according to the LATimes. Andra Viak, who goes by the name Kassandra Perez, had been taking photos of a shirtless Kardashian when the alleged incident occurred. She said the stolen memory card is worth approximately $30,000 and "contained 1,200 pictures of celebs and about 300 freelance photos."
According to the official document, released by E! News, Kardashian "who is more than twice the size of the Plaintiff [Viak], intentionally, willfully, wantonly and malicious ran at Plaintiff, reached through Plaintiff's car window and attacked Plaintiff in order to wrestle Plaintiff's camera out of her hands and steal the memory card from her camera." Viak also claims Kardashian's "violent use of force" resulted in "severe contusions on her arm and chest."
The documents also claim that Kardashian left with the memory card and told Viak, "I'll pay you when I see you."
It looks like Viak is seeking that payment... in court.
In addition to general damage compensation, the photographer seeks court and attorney fees as well as income losses suffered. She claims she is unable to pursue her "usual occupation" due incident.
E! News also reported the Beverly Hills Police Department confirmed "because Kardashian allegedly took [Viak's] memory card by force, they are investigating for felony robbery."
