Is Lindsay Lohan in rehab or not?

That is the question. According to the Splash video above, she is not in the rehab center where she's supposed to be -- the Morningside Recovery Center in Newport Beach, Calif.

Instead, is she shopping? E! News says she was spotted at Fry's Electronics store in Fountain Valley, Calif., while her lawyer told a court she was in rehab.

Accordiing to E! News, she did make it to rehab, but "a source informed E! News that she simply walked in and walked out."

So where in the world is Lindsay Lohan today? We'll keep watching for an update for all you Lohan fans.
