Kris Jenner is not happy hearing negative words about her daughter Kim Kardashian and isn't afraid to say so -- even if those negative words are coming from the President of the United States.

On Friday's episode of her talk show "Kris," Jenner responded to President Obama's comments about the extravagant lives of Kardashian and boyfriend Kanye West.

What was she taking issue with? Obama, in a recent interview with David Blum for Kindle Singles, talked about how people viewed the American dream differently when he was growing up. Here is part of what he said:

Kids weren't monitoring every day what Kim Kardashian was wearing, or where Kanye West was going on vacation, and thinking that somehow that was the mark of success.

Now enter offended mama.

Here is what Jenner had to say:

It's really great that people aspire to get a great job ... but I wasn't aware that you could only set the bar so high and that we could only dream so big.

And she didn't stop there. She went on to say this:

"I find it so odd that he's picking on Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. Well, Kanye West, first of all, doesn't go on vacation. Ever," Jenner said. "And Kim Kardashian is the hardest-working young lady in the world. She never sleeps, she never stops, she never slows down and works so hard for what she's got.

It's not the first time Obama has criticized the couple. Watch this Hollyscoop video to learn more about Obama's public comments about Kardashian and West:
