Sharon Osbourne had her what done? Oh yes, she went there. Osbourne went on "The Graham Norton Show" Friday and revealed she had a cosmetic procedure done to her, ahem, lady parts.

Osbourne, 61, is no stranger to plastic surgery. She's been very open about it. Check out this old photo of her with hubby Ozzy Osbourne to see what she used to look like.

When British TV host Norton asked her which surgery hurt the most, she said, "Having my vagina tightened. It was just excruciating."

"What did that entail?" asked actor Colin Farrell, who was also a guest on the show.

"I'll show you later," Osbourne joked while giving him a hug.
