The toxicology report is in.

Justin Bieber had marijuana and Xanax in his system during his January 23 arrest in Miami. The Canadian pop star was charged with drunk driving, resisting arrest, and driving on an expired license. Police stopped him while he was drag racing down a Miami street. He has pleaded not guilty.

Find out more in this video.

And the Bieb's legal troubles don't stop there.

He turned himself into police in Toronto Wednesday after allegedly assaulting a limo driver in December. He's also under investigation for an egg throwing incident that damaged his neighbor's home in Los Angeles.

There has been talk of whether or not he should be deported to Canada.
All of these cases could mean more than just legal woes for the singer, reports the Associated Press. It could compromise his ability to travel.

Through it all, his fans, the Beliebers, have stood by him.

And so has his dad.

Justin's dad, Jeremy Bieber, who has come under fire because he was allegedly spotted out partying with Justin the night of Justin's arrest, posted this photo Thursday on Instagram of Justin snuggling with his little bro, Jaxon, writing, "Safe and sound #homesweethome"

Justin posted his own photo on Instagram Friday of his dad, writing, "I have the greatest Dad in the world. He's taught me how to love, learn, and stay true to myself. I will forever be grateful because he was my superehero #batman
