That's right, we're talking about one-year-old Blue Ivy Carter.

She looks like any other tot -- wearing jeans, neon sneakers, a cute T-shirt and sucking on a pacifier. But she probably has more frequent flyer miles than most kids her age.

And she certainly knows how to trend on Twitter more than most tots. Her little lunch date with mom and dad has inspired many tweets.

Hollywood is full of baby bumps this spring!

Oscar winner Halle Berry is spotted showing her baby bump while stepping out in New York City. She is expecting a baby with fiance Olivier Martinez. The actress is also mom to 5-year-old Nahla with ex Gabriel Aubry. Berry is having a boy. Check out a photo of Berry's bump in the E! News video above.

Kim Kardashian, who is six months pregnant, showed off a bare baby bump in this Instagram photo Saturday, writing simply, "Baby love." She's expecting her first child this summer with boyfriend Kanye West (AP Photo by Jordan Strauss/Invision).

And check out Jessica Simpson's bump. The six-months pregnant "Fashion Star" judge has been rocking a lot of black in her maternity wear lately. And she's been practicing walking in flats around her house. Check out this Twitpic:

Simpson, who has an 11-month-old daughter named Maxwell with fiance Eric Johnson, is also having a boy.

And it's a country bump for Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott, who debuted her tummy at the 2013 ACM Awards. She is expecting her first child with hubby Chris Tyrrell in December.

Former "Saved by the Bell" star Mario Lopez and his wife, Courtney Laine Mazza, are expecting their second child in September. The 39-year-old star announced the baby news earlier this week on "Extra," when host Lopez appeared on camera with his 2-year-old daughter who wore a T-shirt that read: "Big Sister Gia." The announcement was followed by a surprise baby shower for the growing family, according to "Extra." Lopez and Mazza began dating in 2008 and wed at a ceremony in Mexico last December. "Extral" also revealed that the couple is keeping the sex of the baby a surprise. but Lopez joked," "It's a boy or a girl.. it's not like, 'Oh, it's a monkey!'"

Last week photographers caught a glimpse of Gisele and her daughter Vivian Lake after the duo touched down in Hawaii for a vacation, and this weekend the media snapped some shots of the proud mama in a bikini, just nine weeks after giving birth.

On Friday, Bundchen posted a photo of her and 9-week-old Vivian, her second child with her husband and Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, to her Facebook account.

The Brazilian supermodel captioned the photo of her and her daughter in English and Portuguese:

"Love is everything!!! Happy friday, much love to all.

O amor é tudo!!! Uma ótima sexta, muito amor a todos."

The two also have a 3-year-old son, Benjamin, and Brady has a 5-year-old son, Jack, from a former relationship.

Kim Kardashian is showing off her growing baby bump.

Check out this video from Splash News, which shows mommy-to-be Kardashian, 32, flaunting her growing midsection. She is having a baby, of course, with Kanye West. West announced the pregnancy at one of his shows about a month ago.

Though her bump is on display, Kardashian told Jimmy Kimmel that her baby will not be. She said she does not want her baby to be featured on her reality show.

Nick and Vanessa Lachey are revealing the first photo of their baby boy, Camden. And they are doing it via their frequently used social networking tool, Twitter.

Camden John Lachey was born Sept. 12.

The couple documented the entire pregnancy on Twitter, expressing many joyful moments as new parents. The latest?

Giuliana and Bill Rancic are dishing all about parenthood in the above E! Online video.

And they are sharing a new photo of "The Duke", as daddy Bill Rancic likes to call him, from E! News. The baby's real name, of course, is Edward Duke. He was born last month.

The couple shared this photo with People.com this week. They will also be sharing the identity of their gestational carrier, Delphine, on the season premiere of "Giuliana and Bill," airing Oct. 2 on Style, People magazine reports.

Meanwhile, Jessica Simpson tweeted this mommy-and-me shot with baby daughter Maxwell this week.

Shakira may have to tone down her hip-shaking for the next nine months.

The 35-year-old singer is pregnant with her 25-year-old boyfriend, Barcelona soccer star Gerard Pique.

Shakira posted a message on her web site: "As some of you may know, Gerard and I are very happy awaiting the arrival of our first baby! At this time we have decided to give priority to this unique moment in our lives and postpone all the promotional activities planned over the next few days."

Fans hoping to see her at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas this weekend will have to wait.
