Jason Aldean files for divorce
Country star Jason Aldean filed for divorce from his wife of 12 years, Jessica Ussery, Friday afternoon.
The "1994" singer released an official statement Monday, saying:
"Jessica and I have been together since we were teenagers. We've been through a lot of ups and downs over the years as we grew up together as a couple. She will always be important to me because she is the mother of my children, and I know that we will both always make our daughters our #1 priority."
Aldean and Ussery wed in 2001 and have two daughters, Keeley, 10, and Kendyl, 5, for who the singer added, "for my girls’ sake I really wish people would give us some level of privacy and at the very least be respectful of them."
The 36-year-old previously came under fire when photos of him kissing former "American Idol" contestant Brittany Kerr surfaced last fall. Aldean issued an apology following the leak, stating:
"The truth is that I screwed up. I had too much to drink, let the party get out of hand and acted inappropriately at a bar. I left alone, caught the bus to our next show and that's the end of the story. I ultimately ended up embarrassing my family and myself."
Aldean walked the red carpet with Ussery at the 46th Annual Country Music Association Awards shortly after the scandal, but sadly it seems as though the couple's days were numbered. The "My Kinda Party" singer cited "irreconcilable differences" as reason for the filing.

Julianne Hough, Ryan Seacrest call it quits
Just a short time after it was reported that Julianne Hough was robbed of over $100,000 worth of jewelry given to her by Ryan Seacrest, the couple of more than two year's has called it quits, according to sources for People. Think the two are related?
The People sources attributed the breakup to the couple's conflicting, busy schedules. See the video above for details.
And as far as the jewelry goes: Oof. $100,000 worth of goods (three pieces) was taken from Hough's Mercedes while she was visiting a friend at an apartment complex.
Hough, a former "Dancing With the Stars" cast member-turned-actress (you might have seen her in the recently reviewed "Safe Haven") returned to her vehicle in Hollywood to find the door to the car was wide open, according to a Hollyscoop report below.

Britney Spears rep confirms details on Jason Trawick split
Britney Spears and agent Jason Trawick officially called off their engagement just after it hit its one year anniversary late last week. "The X-Factor" judge's rep, Jeff Raymond, exclusively confirmed the news to PEOPLE, stating that the decision to end the engagement had been "mutually agreed" upon, adding: "As two mature adults, they came to the difficult decision to go their separate ways while continuing to remain friends."
People.com also quotes a close source that implies the couple just wanted "different things," while a second unnamed source adds, "Britney had a lot of issues with Jason doing his own thing – in business and seeing his friends. In her perfect world he would have been home with her 24-seven."
Trawick was named co-conservator (with father, Jamie Spears) of Spears' well-being following his engagement to the pop star back in April 2011, but the AP confirmed he has resigned as of Friday. Jamie will resume full responsibility for the sometimes troubled starlet who has been under court-ordered conservatorship since her much publicized 2008 meltdown.
Details of the exes financial settlements have not been released.

The couple became engaged on the show's season finale in July.
Rumors have been swirling about their pending break-up. Weeks ago, it was reported that Maynard may have been paying Holm to stay in a relationship with her. And Holm recently changed his Facebook status from "engaged" to "single," reports E! Online.
But the couple had nothing but nice things to say about each other in lengthy, heart-warming statements released to People.com.

Did Russell Crowe and his wife split?
Did Oscar-winner Russell Crowe and his wife of nine years, Danielle Spencer, split up?
Yes, according to the Sydney Morning Herald. However, Crowe's rep has not commented.
The couple met more than 20 years ago on the set of the 1990 movie "The Crossing," where they played lovers. They have two children together, sons Charles, 8, and Tennyson, 6.
Why would the couple split? One theory involves a June photo that surfaced of Spencer at a Sydney casino lounge with Damian Whitewood, her pro dance partner on Australia's "Dancing with the Stars." The photos showed the two with their arms around each other, reports People.com. Yet, just days later, Crowe and Spencer were showing public displays of affection, says the report.
Would it surprise you if the couple did split?

Chris Brown addresses breakup, Rihanna rumors with 'drunk' video
Chris "I just care too much" Brown released a video explaining the current situation surrounding his love life. Brown announced his split from girlfriend Karrueche Tran on Thursday and was spotted canoodling at a New York City nightclub with ex, Rihanna, earlier this week. The "Don't Judge Me" singer stars in a "Taxicab Confessions"-style clip by L.A. based director David Alan entitled "The Real Chris Brown" on Vimeo (Editor's note: This video contains explicit language), where he explains his predicament, interspliced with video footage of his rendezvous with both ladies.
"I'm a little drunk so I'mma be honest," C-Breezy tells the camera. "When you share history with somebody and then you tend to fall in love with somebody else, it's kind of difficult ... Is there such thing as loving two people? I don't know. I don't know if that's possible. But for me, I feel like that."
Rihanna admitted to still loving her ex in an August interview with Oprah despite their violent past, for which Brown is currently under probation. No official word from her camp regarding the video yet.
Thoughts on Brown's video? Are extremely public post-breakup over-shares becoming a trend for the newly single celeb set? Should Brown and Kristen Stewart commiserate together? Comment here.

Report: Katie Holmes to receive $4.8 million in child support
Well, that will buy a whole lot of Baby Dior! Katie Holmes was blocked from receiving a cent from ex-husband Tom Cruise's $250 million fortune via a prenuptial agreement, however, their daughter Suri will receive a $4.8 million payout over the next 12 years, according to a report from TMZ.com cited by Reuters. That roughly breaks down to $33,333.33 a month -- in addition to Suri's education, medical, and extracurricular expenses -- until the six-year-old turns 18.
The TMZ report claims that Holmes will not receive a monetary payout in the divorce, which quickly reached a settlement within two weeks of the announcement of their separation, but RadarOnline noted the actress will still walk away with "all of the jewelry, handbags, accessories, and designer clothing" gifted to her by her husband during their marriage.
TMZ also reported that the exes agreed that Suri will not attend "residential school ... Scientology or otherwise" until college.
Thoughts on the reported agreement? Do you think Holmes should have walked away with a cash settlement as well? Or do you think she got off easy? Comment here.

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson speaking again?
Is there hope for an amicable end to "Twilight" stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson's off-screen love triangle saga?
Sources tell Us Weekly and People magazine that the duo, who have been owning tabloid headlines since Stewart admitted to cheating on Pattinson, are speaking again. The two are reportedly back in touch after moving out of their shared mansion in the wake of the scandal.
Pattinson eventually decided to speak to Stewart after she sent multiple text and phone calls, but he is still "heartbroken and angry," according to a source. And apparently, according to insiders, Pattinson won't be able to get over the infidelity.
