It's ironic that Meryl Streep played the part of editor-in-chief of one of the world's top fashion magazines. In the movie "The Devil Wears Prada," Streep (at left, pictured in a scene from the film) has style, and no charm.

In real life (or so it's believed), she is really a fashion nightmare, Mr. Blackwell says. Streep made the list in 2004 and 1986 as well.
