Tom Patti of Pittsfield, a renowned glass artist, contends that the bottle design for Sean ‘‘Diddy’’ Combs’s fragrance, ‘‘Unforgivable,’’ is a copy of two works he created in the early 1980s. The bottle’s credited designers have said it reflects Combs’s interest in architecture. Patti has filed a lawsuit against Combs.
