Wyclef Jean will also be co-hosting the "Hope for Haiti" concert telethon for Haitian earthquake relief.

The Haitian-born musician traveled to Haiti to help out after the earthquake. His Yele Haiti foundation has raised more than $2 million so far for the relief efforts.
