He is constructing a home theater, a theater lobby, a “grotto,’’ (very Plato’s Retreat!), a two-tier garage for eight cars, a “safe room,’’ sports lounge, chef’s kitchen, family kitchen, and “her study’’ for his wife, Linda Pizzuti.
