Hilton settled out of court with ex-boyfriend Rick Salomon after he released a homemade sex tape featuring himself and Hilton in 2004. The heiress was later photographed buying a copy of the tape and was quoted in GQ magazine saying that Salomon should donate the proceeds from video sales to charity.
