After Hilton was arrested on DUI charges in 2006, she got off easy with some heavy fines and probation. But then the heiress was sentenced to 45 days in prison and ordered to report to a county jail by June 5 for violating her probation. Hilton initially appealed her sentence, but later dropped the appeal, and was expected to serve about half of her original sentence.

Hilton was ultimately released from jail on June 7 and sentenced to house arrest.
