Birkhead is the father

After Anna Nicole Smith's death, the paternity of her infant daughter, Dannielynn, was in question, with several men claiming to be the child's father. In April, Smith's former boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, was proven to be the father by DNA testing. He said he would not share custody of Dannielynn, and Smith's lawyer-turned-
partner Howard K. Stern supported him in the custody battle against Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur.
