Case dismissed
Charges against Tanya Seymour -- wife of New England Patriot Richard Seymour -- have been dismissed, according to Seymour's publicist, Denise White.
In January, Tanya was charged in South Carolina with “lynching,” which is defined down there as any act of mob violence. She was arrested after she got into a fight with a few women early on New Year's Day.
A press release sent out by White today said Richland County dismissed the charges at a preliminary hearing last week. The court was not open to confirm the dismissal of the charges.
