"Burn Notice" star Jeffrey Donovan is in hot water after being busted in Miami for DUI. The Amesbury-bred actor was picked up after swerving and nearly hitting a police car, according to TMZ.com, which obtained a copy of the July 12 police report. Donovan, who was just in Boston with girlfriend Moon Bloodgood over the July 4th weekend, admitted to police he'd had a few. "I really think I'm only borderline and not too drunk," he allegedly told cops. "Sorry, I didn't see the red light or your stopped car." The officer smelled alcohol and asked Donovan what he'd had drink. "I had three drinks at the Fontainebleau," Donovan said, referring to fancy Miami Beach hotel. The actor, who threw out the first pitch at Fenway July 3, apparently flunked a field sobriety test and was taken into custody. "The only mistake I made tonight was drinking Benadryl with 3 glasses of wine," he said.
