The stars are in town, thanks to the 36-hour WEEI/NESN Jimmy Fund Radio-Telethon, which broadcasts from Fenway Park today and tomorrow. Celebs such as Donnie Wahlberg, Jim Belushi, "Desperate Housewives" actor James Denton, Michael Chiklis, Steven Wright, Donald Trump, and Ben Affleck were expected to call in or stop by to take part in the benefit broadcast.

David Cassidy has been tapped to sing the national anthem before tonight's game, and "Rescue Me" stars Denis Leary and Lenny Clarke will throw out the first pitch. Tomorrow, Aaron Neville will sing the anthem, Dane Cook will throw out the first pitch, and "American Idol" diva Kelly Clarkson will perform "God Bless America" during the 7th inning. That gives us a good excuse to link to the video of a seemingly-tipsy Clarkson singing Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline" at Fenway last year. Oh Kelly, you are "So good! So good! So good!"
