Baseball season's over, but the fun's just beginning for Sox pitcher Clay Buchholz and his bride-to-be Lindsay Clubine. The couple, who've been dating for a little over a year, are getting hitched two weeks from today. "There's just a few little things left to be done," Clubine told us yesterday. "Clay just helped me pick out the cake." The pair are getting married at Trump National Golf Club in L.A. and among the 120 or so well-wishers will be 12 of Clay's current and former teammates, including Jacoby Ellsbury, Jed Lowrie, Michael Bowden, Casey Kochman, Brad Penny, and Justin Masterson. "It's so great Justin's coming," said Clubine. "He's our buddy." Perhaps best known as Briefcase Model No. 26 on ``Deal or No Deal,'' Clubine was introduced to Buchholz by Donald Trump at a party following a UFC fight. "There were a bunch of players there, and Donald walked me over and said, 'Hey guys, this is Lindsay and she's single.' He literally threw me to the wolves. Clay and I hit it off and the friendship just grew." While on hiatus from "Deal or No Deal," Clubine's been keeping busy. With her buddy Katie Cleary, she filmed "Follow Me to Bliss," an online social media campaign for the 2010 Lincoln Mercury Milan Hybrid ("In 48 hours, we drove all over New England on one tank of gas"); hosted the HDNet travel show "Get Out!" ("It's basically hot girls in bikinis running around doing shark dives, bungee jumping, and other extreme sports"); and filmed a scene for Jon Favreau's "Iron Man 2" ("I'm a girl at Tony Stark's birthday party and I run around in the Iron Man mask in a bikini"). If you're wondering about the honeymoon, Clubine said she and Clay are going to David Ortiz's celeb-heavy golf tourney Dec. 3 in the Dominican Republic, and then getting a cabana elsewhere in the Caribbean for a few days.
