British sci-fi/fantasy writer Neil Gaiman was among the honorees at the BPL's annual "Literary Lights for Children" ceremony the other day, and his fiancee, singer and sometime-Dresden Doll Amanda Palmer was there to cheer. Other winners included Karen Hesse, Grace Lin, and Jerry Spinelli.
