The TV maven is relatively new to Twitter, having just joined on April 17 during a live taping of her show. Winfrey had a major effect on the site, causing visits to jump by 24% on the day she joined. Ashton Kutcher
With everything from pictures of "wifey" Demi Moore to life updates and genuine back and forth with followers, Kutcher is the resident Twitter king. Ryan Seacrest
Celebrity news and "American Idol" updates mark Seacrest's frequent tweets. Though he's the resident gatekeeper of entertainment news with more than 700,000 followers, he maintains a steady stream of personal tidbits (like what he's eating) as well.

Demi Moore
There's not much substance to her tweets, which seem to be mostly back-and-forth with the twitterati and can be anything from "Maybe I had too long of a work day and not enough twitter time!" to "It could be Fri if I wanted it to...couldn't it?," but boy does she like to post them.

Hugh Jackman
The Australian actor uses his account as an outlet to plug, support, and encourage various charities and causes. Recently, Jackman posted that he'd "donate 100K to one individual's favorite non profit" if they could convince him in 140 characters or less. (Charity Water and Operation of Hope won.) Perez Hilton
If Seacrest is the gatekeeper then Hilton is the key master of celebrity news and gossip. The notorious (and ruthless) blogger's feed, which often has a PG-13 rating, is peppered with music recommendations, social commentary, and input from the A-listers themselves.
