Weighing in

Obesity and anorexia might tip opposite ends of the scale, but both are serious eating disorders - and both will be discussed at tonight's "Redefining Perfection: Beauty, Fashion and Body Image." Recovering anorexic Kirsten Haglund (right), Miss America 2008, will share her experiences at the forum, presented by the Harris Center for Education and Advocacy in Eating Disorders at Massachusetts General Hospital. Other speakers who will discuss their battles with eating disorders are Paige Adams-Geller, businesswoman and author of "Your Perfect Fit," and fashion designer Bradley Bayou.
