If you're up on the North Shore for the Cape Ann Artisans event (see story above left), you may as well swing by the Swampscott Harbor Festival. Highlights of the day include a treasure hunt for kids at 11:45 a.m., a "Duct Tape Regatta" at noon, the annual Blessing of the Fleet at the Swampscott Yacht Club at 2 p.m., and a concert featuring teen bands from 4 to 9 p.m. 11 a.m. Free.
