Holiday barbecue

The Boston Young Professionals Association celebrates July Fourth by inviting you to its holiday barbecue cohosted by Courageous Sailing. The event includes food, a half-hour sailing lesson, and a coupon for future sailing classes. The sailing runs from 4 to 7 p.m., and the barbecue goes on through the fireworks at night. There will be veggie burgers for those who want them, and because Miller Lite sponsors the event, expect to get some beer. Registration required. 4 p.m. $50.
