Financial presentation: The Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority (MEFA) will hold a free presentation on college financing on Thursday at 7 p.m. at Carver High School, 60 South Meadow Road. EAST BRIDGEWATER
Holiday fair: The East Bridgewater United Methodist Church, 54 North Central St., will host a Christmas Fair on Friday 5:30-8:30 p.m. and Saturday 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. The fair will feature a spaghetti dinner on Friday and a luncheon Saturday. Admission $7, $4 for children under 12. 508-378-2814.

Flu clinic: The Halifax Board of Health will hold a flu prevention clinic on Monday from 9-11 a.m. in the Great Hall of Town Hall, 499 Plymouth St. clinic is for Halifax residents age 50 and older, residents age 18 and older who have a chronic medical condition, and pregnant women. 781-293-6768.
MIDDLEBOROUGH
Holiday fair: The First Congregational Church of Middleborough will hold its annual Holiday Fair on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the church, 6 Plympton St. A full breakfast will be served from 8 to 11 a.m. The fair will also feature handmade crafts, baked goods and more. 508-947-1881.
NORTON
Flu clinic: The Town of Norton will hold two flu clinics this week, tomorrow from 3-5 p.m., and Tuesday from 12-2 p.m., both at the Norton Library. The clinics are open to any Norton resident age 18 or older, no appointments necessary. Residents 65 and older must bring Medicare cards. 508-285-0263.
