Tomorrow is Bunker Hill Day, one of Boston's now-notorious "hack holidays." Thirty-five thousand Suffolk County employees won't be working on June 17, nor did they work on March 17, Evacuation Day. The goo-goos (vestigial argot; stands for "good government" types) claim that Massachusetts loses $5 million with the bureaucrats off work, although I wonder how anyone is going to tell ...
