Bridgewater: July 3, Battle of the Bands, East Bridgewater Commercial Club, 7 p.m. July 4, parade, 10 a.m. 11 a.m.-6 p.m., arts and crafts festival, food, games, music at Boyden Hall, Bridgewater State College. www.bridgewater4th.com
Brockton: Fireworks on July 1, 3, 4, 5, 10, and 11 at 10:30 p.m. as part of the annual Brockton Fair at the Brockton Fairgrounds. www.brocktonfair.com
Buzzards Bay: The town’s 3rd annual Fourth of July parade is scheduled for July 4 at 10 a.m., rain or shine. The parade will begin at the intersection of Academy Drive and Main Street, and will make its way to the Bourne Veterans Community Building about a mile away.www.bourneonthe4thofjuly.org.
Duxbury: The Duxbury Fourth of July parade will begin at 2 p.m. July 4 at Halls Corner and will end at Duxbury High School. Freetown: July 3, Hathaway Park, fair and games, beginning at 6 p.m., fireworks at 10 p.m. July 4, parade begins at 10 a.m. at South Main and Water streets, Assonet.
Halifax: July 4th and 275th anniversary celebration begins on July 4, 9:30 a.m., with a parade. There will be games, music, and demonstrations all day. Fireworks, 9:15 p.m., at the Halifax Elementary School, Route 106.
Hingham: July 3, fireworks at 9 p.m. at Hingham Beach, sponsored by the Lions Club (rain date is July 5). July 4, Recreation Commission road race at 7 a.m., parade at 10 a.m.
Marion: July 4, parade, 9 a.m., the ball field behind the Marion Town House adjacent to Sippican School. Concert, 8 p.m., and fireworks, 9 p.m. at Silvershell Beach.

Randolph: Night Before the 4th parade will begin at 7 p.m. July 3 at the Boston Higashi School, 800 North Main St., and will end on Memorial Drive in front of the Randolph Fire Station.

Stoughton: The fireworks will take place July 3 at 9:30 p.m. at the Stoughton High Football Field, at 232 Pearl St. The parade will be on July 5 at 2 p.m.
