A couple of weeks ago we were waiting in a doctor’s office and spent a few minutes with John Ondrasik of Five for Fighting as the singer and songwriter performed “Chances’’ on “The View’’ with his band. The lovely tune is on the new CD, “Slice,’’ and if you’re curious about the band’s name, it was taken from an hockey rulebook. Enjoy tonight’s acoustic evening. 8 p.m. $25. 18+.
