Rockin’ the fiddle Violin virtuoso David Garrett loves Kurt Cobain as much as he adores Beethoven. Garrett’s latest release, “Rock Symphonies,’’ includes Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit’’ and other rock tunes.
