Tingle all over Judging from the quality of some of the presidential candidates we’ve seen, the idea of comedian Jimmy Tingle throwing his hat in the ring isn’t such a stretch. He calls his latest one-man show about the 2012 campaign ‘‘Jimmy Tingle for President: The Funniest Campaign in History.’’ See him perform highlights from it at a showing of his first documentary, ‘‘Jimmy Tingle’s American Dream.’’ In addition to the performance and screening, the event features a Q&A with Tingle and director Vincent Straggas. Look for Howard Zinn, Robert Altman, Mort Sahl, Al Franken, and Jimmy’s mom Frances in the movie. Oct. 7-9, 7 p.m. $25, $22 advance. In honor of Pags In December 2010, 21-year-old Alex “Pags’’ Paganelli of Dover died in a car accident. The Pags Memorial Classic pays tribute to the Dover-Sherborn High School lacrosse star and raises money for a fund, which grants merit scholarships to local youths.
