Individual apple-cranberry pies

Follow the directions for the sugar-dusted crust above, dividing one round of pastry among 8 custard cups or small souffle dishes. Fill the crusts with apple mixture and cover with pastry. Brush with milk, dust with sugar, and make an air vent in the lid of each pie. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbling at the edges.
