GOOD TO GO
The claws that refresh
"Lobster sandwich," says Louis Mastrangelo firmly, correcting a customer who asked for a lobster roll. He and his brother, Phil, sit out on plastic patio chairs in the parking lot in front of Alive and Kicking, the lobster wholesale and retail business and sandwich stand that Louis Mastrangelo owns. Lobster rolls are not on the menu here. Mastrangelo doesn't consider hot dog rolls worthy of his filling. The lobster sandwich ($8.99) is made with mostly lobster, not much mayonnaise, and two slices of toasted scali bread from an Italian bakery in East Cambridge. The bread is crisp, the lobster sweet. Take Dad for a drive and a treat.
