The next Iron Chef Louie night will be held Thursday at Soho in Brighton, and it's not too late to gon online to cast your vote for:
Style of cooking: smoked, grilled, or skewered.
Main course: meats, veggies, or poultry.
Three other ingredients: Lemonade, corn, watermelon, cucumbers, potato salad, or strawberries.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Cover charged is $10, which includes a free vodka cocktail until 8 p.m. Dinner is scheduled for 8:30 p.m.
