Raclette

Raclette is a semi-firm cow's milk cheese made in Switzerland and France. It is usually melted on small trays for the popular Swiss dish of the same name (from the French verb "racler," meaning "to scrape"). Diners scrape the hot cheese onto potatoes and eat it with tiny pickles and cured meat.
