|4||cloves garlic, chopped|
|2||pounds wild Maine shrimp (unpeeled)|
|Salt and pepper, to taste|
1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over high heat. When it is hot, add the paprika and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, or until the garlic is soft and translucent.
2. Add shrimp and saute over high heat, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes or until they are bright pink and cooked through. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve. Let guests peel their own -- messy but good.
