Serve this rich salad over lettuce greens, with crackers, or stuffed into a crusty baguette.
|1/2||pound smoked bluefish|
|1/2||cup finely chopped celery|
|2||tablespoons chopped red onion|
|1||tablespoon coarsely chopped capers (optional)|
|2||tablespoons chopped Italian parsley|
|1||tablespoon red wine vinegar|
|1||tablespoon lemon juice|
|2||tablespoons mayonnaise, or more to taste|
|Black pepper, to taste|
2. Add the celery, onion, capers (if using), parsley, vinegar, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and pepper. Fold gently, taste for seasoning, and add more mayonnaise or black pepper, if you like.
